What’s your return policy?

We accept return of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.  The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the return is because of our mistake (wrong/defective part), in which case we will ship a prepaid return shipping label.  All returns require prior authorization so use the contact form on the store portal for initiating a return.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We ship to US addresses including APO and PO Boxes, unless the security settings on the buyer's credit card prohibit shipping to such addresses.  We do not currently ship overseas except through the ebay Global Shipping program.  Please look for our products on ebay.
